    I randomly stumbled across this video & although it was years ago, in a different time & place, a place I’ve never been and with people I do not even know their names… I feel the presence of the Lord in that place, even just from the video. Praise the Lord! The body of Christ! My brothers and sisters! Amen!

    Why do Americans always sing hymns like they are in a race?

      Because Psalm 98 is a Psalm of triumph not lament. Therefore, it is to be sung with a fast pace and robustly, not timidly.

      Why do many churches sing hymns as if they were in a morgue? Some hymns are meant to be sung with a triumphant overtone.
