Tactical sniper calls Secret Service detail a 'failure' at Trump rally in Butler

Koppel Borough police officer Sam Piccinini served as a member of the Beaver County SWAT team and as a tactical sniper assigned to past U.S. Secret Service details for presidential campaign visits in Beaver County. Based on his training and past assignments, he says Secret Service totally botched Donald Trump's campaign rally security detail - "a failure," he says.
