He had to do a version that cut out one full verse and half of the middle part so that it would be short enough for the American Idol rules. It was still wonderful, but I would want his recording to include all of the song. (It is a wonderful song that I fell in love with one week after James Blunt released his video recording, in early January, 2020.)

I'm strictly into Metal. I don't watch this show, not even sure how I saw his audition but he has an amazing voice. Won me over pretty quick with this.
Every time I see this I just want to reach through the screen , give him a hug and tell him that is dad is definitely proud of him.
I loved his audition. Not just because of his story but his singing is breathtaking. I found his RUclips page or his families page-not sure which. There are a number of songs that he sings with his dad harmonizing The one that broke me was One More Day by Diamond Rio that he sang with his dad. I’m looking forward to his journey.

I’ve had just over 2 years to get used to missing my mom, as a grown woman. To be able to speak was a challenge at 2 months. I am in awe. The emotion in his voice made it even better.

When will you do a audition?
To help you out, most of the world's languages pronounce the vowels one way A=ah E=eh I=ee O=oh (short) U=oo (like the sound in "boo"). That's it, no trickery or nonsense like our American English. For example Ukulele is prounounce Oo Koo Leh Leh, NOT you ka lay lee. You might know the correct pronunciation of "Soju"=Soh Joo. Sake is Sah Keh. Marinara is Mah Ree Nah Rah, not mare uh nair uh. There's no tomfoolery like tough and bluff or though bow sew haha. Hope that helps.
