- I've been waiting for a Monster Hunter movie for a while now and I've been playing the game 11 years now. Over the years the game has got better and better and yet no movie or anime to be seen, So I've looked over 11 years of monster hunter to put together this movie. I take no credit for the clips. I just spent 8 hour putting the clips in a way that it could be a movie. Don't forget to like and subscribe. I also have a facebook page. ^_^

This is way better then that Monster Hunter movie that just came out in theater. Offended every hunter I know. Thank you for making this.
The best parts from all these clips isn't how badass the hunters. The best parts is seeing how the hunters go from wearing low level equipment, working hard to get the materials and then, becoming the badass.
I love the ecology cutscenes in these games... It makes the monsters seem like a part of nature, like they're wild animals and not just another human enemy or some legion of evil. They're a part of their ecosystem and prove a serious threat to humans, and just like real life, there are hunters who take on dangerous creatures in the wild. I am just in love with the concept behind this serious and think it was pulled off masterfully. There's terrifying monsters in their own right like the Zinogre, Brachydios, and Seregios, but then there are creatures so old and powerful that they can change the weather and infect other monsters with a disease that is like rabies on steroids. May be the best thing Capcom has ever done!

the bonesauce that's one of the beautiful things about monster hunter in lore wise tho the hunters onky ever need to hunt a monster once to get the gear and equipment they need

14:10 is the most adorable thing I've ever seen.
Watching this, one can totally see just how able-bodied and skill-full hunters are, being able to wield hulking weapons or moving and jumping around with great agility,aiming with great precision. As well as being able to block head on attacks or recover from them.
I personally started in 3Tri and I've been playing since then, so it was amazing to see all of the other clips I've never seen before together. You did a great job and I'm glad to have found this video.
I will say however I found the transitions between each clip to be very jarring, kinda cutting off what feels like randomly then suddenly appearing in a different place/time all together, didn't really have much of a consistent feeling.
That aside, this video shed light on clips I never knew existed so I feel like I'm able to see MH through fresh eyes and a more thorough perspective. Thank you!
I myself haven't worked in heavy editing, so I don't know how hard it is, but I fully understand what you mean. Those transitions are very hard hitting.
Its more like a compilation of Monster hunter trailers. But this is great. Also in the part of of tigrex attack that herbivore then after it The crystal Scorpion. You Create it perfectly like theres an earthquake because of the tigrex jump. and Then that scorpion. awoken because of it.Its awesome. A little But still do your best. im not a monster hunter player anymore.Thats why i forgot almost all the dragons

the monsters, the hype, adventure, hunting , cool armor and weapons..we expect a lot in this game...and "we" hunters are hungry for more....
I'm glad i got to watch this, this MH the movie is so far the best I've ever seen, it's just incredible I honestly love it and for it i will give you a five star rating, so keep doing what your doing okay.

you did a great job at capturing the feel and concept of the game/s good to see others have such fond memory's of the games as I did. only played mhf, mhf2 and mhfu. but they was very addictive over 300hours per game lol. great effort on this compilation video. hope they bring mho for us eu players. as I wont be buying a Nintendo ds when there is more power in a psp. and realy wanting a full hd English online game to come out on xbox or preferably pc. ile keep wishing lol

I wouldn't mind a real monster hunter movies, but only if they would use CGI and not real actors.
I have nothing against the idea of movies based on videogames, but why does they allways have to use live action movies. With the modern technology they could just use same graphics they used in the mh4u intro and make a movie out of it. I would prefer to watch that and a live action movie.
The problem is that when people see animated films, they think that it is meant for the kiddies. There isn't much Mature CGI films and even if there, not everyone would have heard of them.

I couldn't agree more. The only live action video game movie that was a hit is "Detective Pikachu". Following that were "The Angry Birds Movie 2" by Sony Pictures Animation and the recently acclaimed "Sonic the Hedgehog", proving that video game movies are getting better as long as they use the CGI correctly and put an end to the discrimination towards them. I have hope for the upcoming Super Mario movie by Illumination Entertainment and hopefully see more of our favourite Nintendo heroes on the big screen, like Kid Icarus by DreamWorks.
Pretty cool XD! The nostalgia is real though. Great job editing them to kinda flow into the next scene. All in all it was pretty entertaining. Wish they made a real movie though :)

kool studio I agree with you. I'd love to see Monhon turned into a movie or anime. I do hope it happens. I've only been playing monhon since 3 ultimate and I love it. you did a good job putting the clips together
Well, it's getting a hollywood movie. But it's most likely not what you want.
Then there's the Ride On anime. Weird CGI aside, it's quite enjoyable to watch as a saturday morning cartoon.
Most of the other adaptations (manga and light novels) are Japan exclusive, unfortunately.

Well, after 12 years of Monster Hunter, we are finally getting a Hollywood Monster Hunter movie. =)
What i was trying to do was... try to make a video showing what all kinds of hunters do when they go on hunts.. there are a few people in the thing i made that show up again time to time.. but it dont have a star.. like most movies...all the clips are from the game.. and you can only do so much with clips from games with a game like Monster Hunter. They need to make a real monster hunter video tho and i hope they do im sure it will be great if they did ^_^... but in till then this is the closes thing i can do lol
+Kool Cut Studio The problem with an official MH movie is that MH has never been known for it's storyline, but for it's gameplay, so It'd be hard to make a movie plot on that, nice job with this vid though! :]

ya i do agree.. but that is why it would be easy to just make up a story for it... its really hard to do from game videos.. like i tryed to do but.. if they made a real one.. they could just add a type of story... or just go with the manga i would be happy with that one lol :P

the sad part is the animals them selves would have to breed like crazy to keep up with the amount of thier kind they are losing...judging by the amount of creatures being eaten, killed, hunted, captured, used in the arena...they would of gone extinct :(
how you came to this conclusion scientifically i will never know seeing as you know nothing about them to make that assumption. breeding habits could be wildly different, what if they were like some animals we have where a female has a brood and the male simple swings by and fertilizes thousands, as far as we know they could at population levels that were causing other issues in the ecosystem that lead to these hunters. frankly dude theres to much here we don't know to say anything like that.
well fair enough just saying based on a view relevant to real world and yes i get that wyverns like the rathians do lay eggs so your probably right they may have broods

there is a anime, but its for monster hunter stories aka the spin off were you ride & battle along side monsters
I think it would be really awesome for a Monster Hunter game where we can play as the monsters. Like, many of the mechanics would be the same. They have health and a stamina gauge, and a defined moveset, and each move they use or hit they take depletes a bit of stamina, which they could only regain by hurting other players or by eating small monsters. It could be a large monster vs 4 players, or even large monsters vs each other. That would be awesome.
That would be cool, but then it would kinda be like the game Evolve
I would like it if they made a monster hunter anime series either in the same animation stile as in the cutscene's or just anime in general.

Why is it always, that the big monsters steal the killed monsters from the little ones? It's not like they would have any problem in hunting one for themselves. No, they have to steal their food from the poor Velocipreys...

Is more normal than you think. For example, lions steals hyenas preys more times than hunting for themshelfs, also hyenas are much better hunters than lions.

Not always, sometimes they eat small preys. And even when lions hunt in group, hyenas have being seeing as better in hunting than lions.
