I would love to see a more detailed rundown on just your mobile video gear like what's in and out of the booth. A wiring diagram would be sweet!

The video section. The hdmi duplicator 1x8 and you said hdmi wireless. Can you share those links on what those two products are? I didn’t quite catch what you said you used in that section. Thanks!

Ever buy the Asteroid 1200's? 4 of them will look awesome for your rig. I noticed you don't use the "cookie cutter" gear found at many receptions.

I have not and do not know anything about them.

Hi Jason, love your videos and great that you are showing us your rig especially while setup at a venue. One thing I notice is there's a lot in yours and other dj's racks (particularly those in the US) who have a lot of gear that other dj's wouldn't often consider. Nothing wrong with this at all but it does sometimes confuse those of us just starting out or restarting their dj'ing after a number of years away (like myself - UK) particularly with what gear we should and shouldn't get. Eg. patch panel, power conditioners and any of the video gear. Also others might include a drive rack. I am looking to include an analogue mixer and wireless microphones, probably will add a drawer but that's about it. I'm likely going for the simple MyDMXgo via tablet for my lighting. I feel it's a 'dj difference by country' thing but I do find myself often trying to decipher what I actually need and do not need for my setup. Always interesting but time consuming too! Any thoughts? Keep up the great work and I hope your Digital Dj Tips Wedding course will be taking more students in the near future 😎

HEY CRAIG, THANKS FOR THIS AND GIVING ME A IDEA FOR A FUTURE VIDEO. I APPRECAITE YOU HERE AND IM NOT SURE WHAT EXACTLY I AM USING THAT WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE FOR ANYONE. FOR SOUND, A MIXER, LAST VIDEO I HAD A YAMAHA MIXER, THIS ONE A QMIX, THE VIDEO GEAR - IF YOU ARE NOT USING SCREENS THEN YOU DONT NEED IT, BUT IF YOU ARE THIS IS A POWERFUL AND AFFORDABLE SOLUTION... FOR A CONTROLLER VS CDJS + S11 - IT IS PREFERENCE ON WHAT YOU ENJOY. IT IS HARD TO COMPARE MY WORK TO SOMEONE JUST GETTING INTO THE BUSINESS AS I HAVE DONE THIS FOR OVER TEN YEARS ON A GLOBAL SCALE AS MY ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME. LET ME RECORD THIS HOPEFULLY TODAY AND TO POST SO YOU IT MAYBE MAKES MORE SENSE.... AND THANK YOU FOR THINKING OF THE DIGITAL DJ TIPS PROGRAM. WE ARE WORKING ON THE NEXT EDITION OF THIS PROGRAM TO BE RELEASED IN A WAY IT APPEALS TO MANY MORE PEOPLE IN VARIOUS PLACES IN THE INDUSTRY. THANK YOU... J

@@Jason_Jani No problem Jason, enjoy seeing the videos, interacting, sharing thoughts and ideas. Yea TV screens are not really my thing as I'd prefer personalisation for events like weddings to be personalised with old skool gobos, projector/laser or large letters in the years to come (but even letters would be a curveball extra for me!). I still don't get the TV screens and photobooth extras but have no problem with dj's who love them they just aren't for me. Glad you've got an idea from this. I think maybe a video about different rack setups would be good from basic to advanced. Powercon, conditioners and driveracks all seem to have passed me by in the UK so knowing that I can easily do a minimal rack setup without these will be a great help. I'll look forward to more videos and the exciting news about the planned changes to the wedding course. Salute 😎
