I think that he likes it. At that first dinner he seemed very taken by how the Bridgertons all eat together, whereas he very likely ate almost every meal alone as a child (except for servants) until Lady Danbury took charge of him. Even then, he had no siblings.
@@sakurastudy7883 I commented to a cousin of my mum's 'you're a very fat woman' - thankfully I was three at the time so she thought it was funny, doubt that I would've gotten away with it if I were so much as a year older

Two scenes from the book I wish they had added: 1. Daphne catching a running Gregory with one hand while talking to Simon and answering "Oh, practice" when Simon asked her "how did you do that?" 2. Simon and Anthony's unintended deep into the Thames because of Gregory accidentally knocking them. Loved the family dynamics in the background.
"My governess has the very same questions as me." I see that Hyacinth is learning at a young age that the help express far more interest in their employers' affairs than they let on to said employers' faces.
Hyacinth is so so cute throughout season 1....the way she adores and admires her big sister Daphne is the cutest........Gregory has the cutest dimples ever! Love their energy.
This was so cute!!! I'm honestly amazed at how many small details you can notice in a second viewing of the show, there are so many small touches, annoyed faces, and laughs, you can really see how much they act like a family.
Even in the midst of the youngest's adorableness you can't deny these take these two 3:41 take the cake as the closest seconds! Benedict and Eloise are just the ultimate 2nd eldests/sibs!

@carmen cortez Number 7 in series « It’s in his kiss. » Not my absolute favourite but not far, and way better than many others in the series in my opinion. Hyacinth is absolutely the best character in the whole series. But I am not very optimistic that Netflix will ever get that far even if they speed up the original timeframe...
I am still wondering why Gregory is (or at least looks) younger than Hyacinth in the show. Even if you don’t know their ages, the alphabetical order should make it quite clear who should be older.
Ikr? Maybe is because boys grow up faster, and this way he will always look like the younger kid, instead of looking like a 18yo when he's suposed to be 13
Thank you for posting this video. I loved them because they added some comedy and fun to the show. I expect to see Hyacinth and Gregory in other movies and/or shows. They are good. When Lord Berbrook said he and Daphne were made for each other. I laughed like Hyacinth. So funny!
😂 Love the "ANYWAY" lol! And for sure Kathony is happening in S2! The writer said Anthony will get a love interest... (not revive an old one, so no Siena thankfully...) and their story will be just as sweeping and passionate as S1's Daphne + Simon. Can't wait! 😍
I can't wait for Gregory to return all grown up and at the age where he can finally join his brothers in the bar for his first drink seeing all the brothers in the bar together teasing Gregory on his first crush and Gregory being excited that he's finally one of the boys would be so cool 😂😂
Ik this series is not attempting to be historically accurate, but not marrying Prince Friedrich was definitely the smart choice. Given the absolute state Prussia was in dealing with a certain Corsican at this time.
if you think about it, Gregory and Hyacinth, grew up without their Father, so all three oldest Bridgerton Siblings ( The male ones) had to take over, you see that with Benedict asking Gregory about the Ribbon, I don't want to imagine how hard their mother had it, without her Husband in that time
I like Daphne better than Francesca. I found her annoying in the books. All she and Michael do was go on circles he was rude to the servants, grumpy all the time and spent his time lusting over Francesca. While she was like I want a baby. I won't marry you, but I'll sleep with you, I am not a loose woman. I can't marry you, I will marry you. Then threw a fit because everyone forgets about Francesca, when she learned that Colin had gotten married and Eloise was getting married.
