Duterte made the statement in response to question raised by a student on the dangers of Federalism which would create powerful highly-autonomous states, especially in the Bangsamoro area.
"No armed group should be allowed, including the CAFGUs. They all should go," Duterte said in answer to a hypothetical question on what he would do to ensure stability and security in the country if he were President of the Philippines.

The Bangsamoro Homeland composed of the mainland Mindanao, Basilan. Sulu. Tawi2 and Palawan. The geographical area of Mindanao is more or less 105 thousand square Kilometer. If we compared the area from Germany. South Korea. Singapore. and other Bangsamoro is much larger in term of area. The revenues derived from Bangsamoro homeland 60% contribution to national gov't. The UN should address the problem of Bangsamoro homeland to correct the injustices that has been inflicted to the Bangsamoro. No to Moro Moro slogan.
