We're both avid players of Animal Crossing (me more than him but he still plays lmao), but we can't hang out as much now because we both have very important school exams in the coming months, so we're constantly revising. I had quite a special experience with animal crossing… so New Horizons was actually my first animal crossing game as my only console ever in my life is my switch. It was early 2020, and Covid stroke, in my region, it was quite safe as there were no cases, but we still had a lockdown and we didn’t attend school… If you were to ask me to describe lockdown in a scene, picture it’s sunset, the sky is orange and clear, and I was in my bedroom, playing animal crossing and cutting trees and listening to the chill vibes of 6pm…. Those were good days

If you find yourself having a panic attack or even just feeling stressed at all, breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 and breathe out for 8. If it feels like it’s too much, you can swap the numbers around. Sorry if this seems weird I just wanted to share something that might help some people 😅
