Met Trottier in a lobby of hotel. I had my hockey bag on a dolly and Trottier came up to me to start talking hockey. Trottier had his guitar on his back and we started talking about guitar after that as I play guitar as well. Such a nice guy.

I wished they'd actually show the cards, though. With a closeup, not just a large shot of him wiggling the card. It's cool to listen to this guy talk, but I want to see those throwback pictures!

I was thinking the same exact thing. He could've claimed every card was a Gretzky/Lemieux/Yzerman/Roy and you'd have no choice but to believe him since you barely saw anything.
Can tell Ken is from the East Coast on how he says "cards"!! Extends the R's!! Like these old school highlights!!

I have 2 of the promo card sets of Gretzky/Roy for the 90-91 upper deck those are cool cards
Open a pack of 1979-80 OPC or 1985 OPC! Want to see a Gretzky or Lemieux RC!
The young guns were part of extended set were they not ? In other words you weren’t getting Federov or Bure in that pack
That was a high series pack he opened. World Junior card was the giveaway .
The high number cards were available as a box set as well as in packs mixed with cards 1-400.

Massive miss not having zeereegaming, Great Day for Hockey Cards, AddictedtoRippin, and Fulton Cards for this segment guys. Especially Addicted since the double pull of a Laffy YG and Laffy Clear Cut YG. In the same box.
Not a miss at all. He makes his own card videos. No obligation to invite other breakers on. What do you expect him to do? Interview people that don't actually appear on camera just because they also open hockey cards?

I bought 4 packs of '84-'85 OPC from BBCE right before everyone was COVID rich and bored. Paid $25 per pack. Next time I checked they were $40 per pack. Now everything is sold.

I had a 74-75? California Golden Seals Team Leaders card that had larry Patey and Stan Weir on it....Len Frig was another funny name from that era
