The whole mini mart shootout scene was a joke about how the Bush administration illegally got us into iraq. We blamed iraq for 9/11, having wmd's, etc. Rummey blames the attendant for having a gun like we blamed iraq for wmd's. The shootout is a parody of the iraq war

I love how this episode was a complete metaphor for the Iraq war. Huey and Riley (Democrats) team up with Ed III (Bush: 'W' bling) and Gin Rummy (Rumsfeld: red white and blue headband and glasses) to find the Xbox Murderer (bin Laden) but get distracted by the storekeeper (Hussein) and scare the police officer (the UN) into thinking he has a gun (WMDs) even though there is no apparent evidence. Then they shoot up the store (Iraq) and get proclaimed as heroes by the crowd (American citizens)

KaRyu1017 clip is a metal strip that holds ammunition to load a gun but gets removed ounce the bolt is closed and goes into battery, a magazine is when the whole thing is just put in.
