Spraying process of a Linssen 35 SL Sedan 75 Edition (speed10x)

Linssen Yachts has two spray booths. In this video we show the process of applying the final high gloss end coat to the first 75 Edition Linssen 35 SL AC.
The first cabin is used for the (Epoxy) primer coat, high build and 545 coatings.
The second cabin, shown here, is used for the polyurethane topcoat. In total this takes (for a 30'-35' yacht) about three hours to apply three layers of this paint with a short waiting time between each layer.

Prachtig, vakwerk! Worden de verschillende lagen “nat in nat” gespoten? Ik zie namelijk geen tussen bewerkingen.
