FIT TIP: the pivot turn squats can be a bit trick if you are working out on carpet. Want to know a #hack? DUCT TAPE! That's right -- put a strip of duct tape around the ball of your shoe, and you'll be spinning in no time. No duct tape? Simply replace the pivot squat with side-to-side squats for the same fitness function.

So I injured my knee several years ago and many of the smaller supporter muscles have never gotten back to their full strength. Today I was part way through this song and realized that I wasn't modifying as much and my knee wasn't hurting! I'm still taking it easy but this is a huge improvement!
