The guaranteed counter resets every time you get a new set piece. So basically, if you have the world's worst luck, you'll only get it every 10 pulls. But, for example, on the first 10 pull, your first pull was the tiara set piece, but no more set pieces after that, meaning there were 9 pulls with nothing new
Chocolate Trap was also my favorite, but the game kept giving me 1 Chocolate Trap item and 2 Sweet Paradise items per 10 pull so I had to pull a lot. Even though I had Chocolate Trap selected I almost completed Sweet Paradise before it lol.

I got the coat and the socks with my 20 pulls in that gacha and the 3 star set was very cool too and I got the glasses from it so that's basically one of the luckiest gachas for me so far
If it says 9/10 that means you can do a single pull instead of a ten pull and be guaranteed a limited piece 💖
