You know they did a survey according to caste and now they are not ready to publish it. The statistics might show that the lower castes does not have any as much representation as the upper castes do. I mean upper castes are over represented and lower castes are under represented which might mean that all the political parties might have to change their MPs and MLAs to balance the representation. Congress and others wants the stats to be out but BJP dont. Congress follows MKGs visions of the country and BJP savarkar. And Hindutva is not just about Ram but hindutva is also about casteism and which means 70% of the hindus falling in ST/ST/OBC might fall into sudra caste and they might again be dumped into darkness. So even hindus should think before voting for BJP.

First read law, Understand it and then comment. Most of the janata replies in the same way as you are replying without understanding the facts of the matter. Also read Constitution if you could take out time from listening to useless speeches of your political master. He also does the same thing, when asked progress report, he diverted topic to Nationalism, Pulwama etc.
Regarding Kanhaiya's Bail - Read Law - Criminal Procedure Code Specifically - Understand basic difference between Regular Bail and Conditional Bail. Difference between registering FIR and filing Chargesheet. Also read Indian Penal Code, for detailed knowledge regarding section 124A - Sedition.
Also read in CrPC, What happens if Chargesheet is not filed within 90 days of registering FIR - What are the chances of case actually standing in court of Law after framing/filing chargesheet (3-4 years later, which was supposed to be framed within 90 days).
99% of the time case gets dismissed. If you don't believe me, consult lawyer then comment.
Please read report of Central Crime Bureau about % of successful conviction in sedition cases. It is not even 1%. Form your opinion by applying mind and thorough research and not by just listening to Zoo News. Also research about who criticized SC judgement openly before alleged JNU incidents came into light. JNU incident to bohot badame aaya. Everywhere you will find BJP connection.
