- Hi everyone! This song was suggested by Kirisute and SF.
Slower than Dave is used to with Muse, I mean he is a drummer after all!, but he thinks this one is very well written and hears a bit of Queen meets Radiohead in this one.

Songs like this are usually included in the set list, to give the audience some breathing room from all the madness going on at a Muse concert
Excellent reaction! Here's an interesting side note: On the concert DVD, this song is immediately followed by Hysteria, which you reacted to about a year ago. Someone in the crew hands Matt a guitar and you can see the piano descending in background. Matt and Chris then play at the diamond end of the runway and Dom is on stage about a mile away. These guys really know how to create a great live experience for their fans.
Glad Dave enjoyed this one, such a good song to relax and dream away too, as much as its thought provoking.

Please add "Falling Down" to the Muse list. It's about the band growing up in the small town of Teignmouth. It's a slow song with bluesy elements I think Dave will like. I'm loving your Muse reactions; keep em coming!

Probably the only Muse song I actively dislike. I usually enjoy Muse's more poppy songs, but something about this one is just so cliche and cheesy it hurts. That's okay, though. Can't like them all, even from your favorite band.
By the way, whenever there are full orchestra or string sections, those are reproduced via synths by Morgon Nicholls (Dave's favorite touring keyboard player) because obviously, it'd be extremely costly to tour with a full orchestra to only use them on a select number of songs.
