  • Kevin Sinfield completed his fifth marathon in five days in three hours and 43 minutes as the challenge moved to Leeds for the weekend.
Kev talks us through the challenges of an untested route plus how much he enjoyed running with Jamie Peacock and Luke Gale
We were also joined by Ian D Gardner, Head of Development for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and our local representative Jenn Dodd.
We were delighted to be joined by Rhinos fan Eric and his daughter Micaela. Eric Frank has MND and he and his family have been fundraising for many years for the MND Association. Eric also has a Fightback Fund with over £15,000 in.
His latest fundraising was a walk in Wakefield which Rob and his family sponsored.
We are also joined by Castleford Tigers star Oliver 'Oggy' Holmes who has been inspired by Kev's effort to set himself his own challenge of riding 100k a day for seven days.
Join Rob Burrow and hear about the difference the money you are helping to raise can make to so many people's lives.

Funny thing, having watched Sir Kev play out his entire career for the Rhino’s I thought we had seen more than we could expect any guy to give for his club and his team-mates. This has made me realise how wrong I was. We were truly lucky to have had him play for us, he is just much more than even I realised. His dedication to Rob, one of his fellow men, has been proved to go way beyond playing the game together. It’s no wonder they picked up so many trophies, the bond was and still is unbreakable. Kev’s Rhino’s are legends.

Arise "Sir Kev", If anyone deserves a knighthood it's this guy! Without a shadow of a doubt a true friend to Rob, on times you can hear the emotion in his voice and see the strain on his face. My goodness how we could all benefit by having people as inspirational as him in all our lives. Good luck Kev & Rob true hero's in everyway x.

Absolutely amazing group of people. MNDA is in safe hands when there are fabulous people out there, putting others first. Eric, Micaela, Pat and Izzy are a one in a million family. It's their passion and love for each other that gets them through this day after day. Eric's fightback fund will keep on growing, and we will keep on with the challenges.
Sending love and best wishes to all fighting this horrible disease.
