In a few sentences: -LEDs (WS2801) are connected to the Arduino Uno and a separate power supply (5V 4A) -Arduino Uno works as the LED control unit and is connected to my Macbook with Windows 8 and MediaPortal running on it -The software part consists of "PlayClaw" for screen capturing and "AmbiBox" You can find several guides on how to assemble the components and set up the system online. I tweaked the settings and I cannot see any delay anymore. ;) But thanks for the info.
