I have a west-facing window through which I can admire the setting sun. A fairly big spider spun a web on the outside and posted up there for a few weeks. So for that little stretch of time, my sun-gazing became a shared reverie with another creature with whom I felt a genuine affinity. It was interesting to feel the affection coming back to me -- not just from the spider herself -- but from the web as well. She moved on and I miss her. That's my PSA for cultivating a relationship with beings way outside of our biological template.

Brad, you are funny ;) Am I remembering correctly that you have Leo Sun? There is some major dynamic at work, some magnetic pull that I have observed over time between Leo and Scorpio energy. I have that big time in my life...my kids are Leo and Scorpio, my parents are Leo and Scorpio, even down to my dogs, one is a Leo and one is a Scorpio...it's an interesting combo, to say the least

How about the 2 concepts of forgiveness and justice? I always feel that’s an interesting spectrum of poles. Does justice even help with the forgiveness process perhaps? And I find it telling that Mrs Justice holds the scales of balance …but also a sword.
(PS: When you held your hair at 13.36mins I felt a deep surge of passion - it’s Scorpio season, right? 😊)
I was thinking about what you said here about forgiveness and justice - the call and response of the zodiac - before Scorpio is Libra, the scales, and the sword as you mentioned, then Scorpio is vengeance, after is Sagittarius higher order of law - what do you think about that sandwich of law and order, with vigilante vengeance in between? Maybe there's something to that, I don't know...

@@LNatale It seems to me that there’s always gotta be some ‘opposing’ going on with justice. This is where the sword comes in. Justice requires a battle of sorts. But is forgiveness to turn away from justice? Maybe forgiveness is the easy way out? To not oppose injustice is to appease criminality, right?
Edmund Burke: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” I wonder what Ed thought about forgiving evil deeds?
So how about: Libra scales in the air sign of concepts and cognitive reasoning weighs up the situation. Then injustice and indigence riles up the boiling emotions of Scorpio’s fluids to rile the battle of opponents. And then following on from the confrontation of spirit, the sage wisdom of philosophical Sag’ actions and implements a new direction to avoid such societal malaise reoccurring…?
"Is forgiveness to turn away from justice"... what an excellent question...there's a fine line there, right? In my case, I was not going to get any form of standardized justice, so there was no point in seeking it - wanting something I could never have was like spinning in one of the lighter of the 9 levels of hell.
The forgiveness came as a revelation because the person did not 'deserve' it at all, and if it were my choice, I would have just gone on feeling the grudge, honestly (Scorpio rising - don't forget or forgive easily...). That was divine intervention of some kind, the acquiescence to the only 'justice' I would get was to release myself from the burden I was carrying.
This release brought Libra-like balance and equilibrium to my life, quieted the vigilante Scorpionic response, and opened a place for Sagittarian philosophical and spiritual engagement that I wouldn't have had space for if I had just kept on being mad.
That's just a personal experience though, and doesn't mean much for a generalized answer.
Your description at the end of the interflow of injustice/justice through the three signs at the end is flat-out brilliant. So good.

I like Scorps, I never understood the bad rap they get. At least they are interesting, but my best friend is a scorp, so I'm extremely biased. What amazes me is he is almost cartoonishly scorpionic. This stuff, I don't get it, but it's just insane how accurate it can be
