Happy New Year & thank you! Tired, tired, tired. Winter. Hibernating. Recovering. Where I'm at energy-wise after Christmas/NY break is where I wanted to be before. Need a week to sleep! Battling on. Waiting for the energy to shift!
These past days and even now i feel like my plan kinda didn't working out the way i wanted,it feels like I'm going back to my past and my years of working on "this" just feels like disappearing in just few days, I'm starting to feel so down,my stress and anxiety goes up to the point that I'm vomiting and this was my first time experiencing vomiting because of anxiety and stress,i started to fear engagement,get insecured,and my focus that's supposed to be on myself and goals is all over the place🙁😢 thankyou for this reading it really gave me an extra boost when I'm about to give up
