The pop Austin got at 38 was the loudest I’ve ever heard. EVER . It’s was definitionally defining.
Yes! There's a fan recorded video live from the arena of that match, you can hear how deafening the crowd was and how into the match they were. Tons of Austin chants, deafening cheers every time he opened a beer and threw his arms up...What a moment - and one that I never thought I'd see again. He was really taking the crowd in and finally got the last match he wanted, ended on his terms. Nobody does it like Stone Cold.
Loudest of this era. Attitude Era fans were crazy. Rock and Austin got louder crowed reactions weekly than anything we have heard in the last 20 years

Kevin made the old man shine exactly like he did in the old times. It was glorious and probably the best sold "vs legend match" i've ever seen. I wish Kurt Angle had someone selling him that great and I wish the Rock will have someone like KO when the time comes.
Love KO, one of the only wrestlers in the world today that I’d trust to technically look after someone like Steve within a match. Anyone else & Steve could have been in a wheelchair for the rest of his days. KO is a true student of the game & can be rightly proud to headline mania with Stone Cold - worked his arse off to get where he is & can now proudly tell the world for the rest of his life “I wrestled Steve Austin at Wrestlemania”….
The list of people who can say that statement is very small & extremely exclusive. He’s in great company & his name doesn’t look out of place alongside those guys.
Not only that but they put on a great match too, it wasn’t just a crappy cameo appearance like they usually are when people get to Steve’s age & have taken so many rough bumps over the years. I wish all Canadian wrestlers had looked after their in ring colleagues with the same stoic professionalism as KO.

I won’t lie ko is great. One of the greatest wrestlers in this business. Great all around. In ring on mic. All of it. But anyone against Austin would of been a good match. Obviously not someone new but like ko. Aj. Seth. Any experienced wrestler he’d face would of been a good match. Austin isn’t that old that he needs a baby sitter in his return match

The fact Steve gave his blessing and gave this match to everyone made it a hell of a lot easier for Kevin to just naturally use the stunner and it not feel weird. That was a very important thing for Kevin because it could've really backfired otherwise. It wouldn't have resonated with the fans without his blessing and the match they put on.
He is by far one of my favorite wrestlers of the newest generation. I like his honesty and candor when it comes to speaking about wrestling and WWE. He deserves a title win!! It has been YEARS since he has held any title. Just give him the tag titles already so he can finally become a grand slam champion! Have him and Sami team up or him and AJ because they would make a great team! That way you have two main eventers as tag team wrestles that can elevate the division again. It’s boring having the Uso’s as both champions, I don’t think they’re as great as everyone says. They are good wrestlers but nothing about them pops honestly…
This segment is the reason I am watching Wrestlemania.

in stead of asking austin if he could use the move, first he should of asked austin about all the damage the move did to his body after years of doing it night after night, it's one of them moves that does more long term damage to the wrestler that performs it than the one receiving it

I didn't know these guys go and ask the guy to use their move. I thought they just do it. I can't imagine Randy Orton asking DDP if he can do the cutter. These guys are retired, I'm sure Hulk Hogan won't care when Jade Cargill starts using the boot to face and leg drop as her finishers when they finally wise up and give her Hulks gimmick. It's flattering.
The Pop up powerbomb is Owens finisher the stunner will always be Austin's finisher I don't mind KO using it as a tribute but he should use the Pop up powerbomb because that's the move that defines him and his career

Assuming Cody will be there is dumb. Just because there is a rumor does not mean it is true. How many PPV events has there been a rumor that Wyatt and The Rock are gonna be there in just the past year, and it never happened? Several times. Very few of the rumors turn out to be true. Maybe he will end up being there, but just assuming it is a sure thing is very naive. I honestly would not be surprised if The undertaker has a surprise match at Wrestlemania against Rollins. Or anybody else. I am really starting to think it will not be Cody.
