Reiss Nelson highly rated ? Injury prone and when he has gone out on loan he hasn't ever done anything...huge wasted talent and one we need to walk away from ....much much better wingers out there, this one would be a huge disappointment if true
No to Nelson would much prefer to Mathias Soule on that RW.
we dont need soule we already have three left-footed right wingers in bowen, kudus and guilherme. we dont have a single right-footed left winger hence the interest in nelson
@@CalumMasters I again but Kudus can play CAM so can Gulihmere. And Bowen can play CF. It's good that these players have a different style than just one position. I would prefer Jota Silva on that LW because he's like Bowen on the RW he plays with that intensity.

It did seem a likely move not too long ago but things have definitely slowed. Will ask and see if still being considered
Duran ? Yes ...pacey, has power, can hold the ball up, can run the channels and a good finisher ....can only get better, some say about his attitude....apparently he fell 9ut with Emery over perceived playing time ...but I'd be happy with this one. Nelson ..?..no thanks....injury prone, doesn't offer much of a goal threat . He seen him play a few times out on loan and to be honest he hasn't really shone at any of his loan spells .....id stay clear of this one ....ugh just go get Jota Silva or Wesley ....both far better players, far more consistent and offer far more goal involvements .... Nelson just doesn't offer ANYTHING
Yeah I think Duran offers bags of potential and JL can work to make him a top striker I’m sure. I actually rate Nelson tbh mate. I just don’t think he’s had much of a chance. I’m certainly happy to trust JL & TS if they believe he’ll fit well in our new system

Big strong player full of ability, has not had the games at Villa because of Watkins. He will score goals but 35 mill, I will take that, he cost villa 14mill 2 seasons ago!

Nelson would be awful, he is ALWAYS injured. Plus he's really not that good either. I'd be pretty annoyed if we let Billy Jean go to Everton and end up signing Nelson for the sort of stupid money Arsenal want for him.

All my family are villa fans and he has the talent but has bad attitude even Jon McGinnis his captain says his hard to work with
McGinn is a known bellend in his own right to be fair. If Duran can't stand that useless little twonk then I think that makes him normal. I ha e to say though, if he's not good enough for Villa then why is he good enough for us?
Yeah that is a concern but I think it’s largely down to lack of playing time. Totally understandable though with Watkins ahead of him. This move could see him thrive
