As long as the bridge is well designed and sturdy, the aesthetics are just fine with me. I can’t imagine attempting to adorn the Mackinaw Bridge, but maybe that’s just me.
Who will be the first to cross? If the ironworkers were smart, they would put a Canadian on the American side and an American on the Canadian side and have each step and clasp hands at that one moment! Make history, guys!
Have been waiting long time to see the cable stay installation process, although I appreciate your drone battery could not remain for whole process. Really appreciate your drone footage, Thank You! Still wondering how they connect to the top of tower .
I would like to know when someone will speak and explain how they are going to raise or lower the spans to tie in to others side and link up spans, to tie them in to each other.
I'm assuming that HDPE pipe must come in shorter segments, then they butt fusion them together by heating up the ends of the plastic and pushing them together and letting it cool.
Nice video you do an awesome job on all your shoots. I was wondering what the legality is as far as flying. Can you fly in the Canadian airspace how is it defined? Just curious any info would be appreciated thank you Thomas.
I have noticed a lot of people that have RUclips channels they asked for your likes and they asked you to subscribe but then when you trying to get a information from them in regards their videos or what they do in their videos they don’t even have the respect or common sense to reply to your questionso you can’t reply to your subscriber question then why should we subscribe and hit your like button? thanks for the info regarding my question Michael 🤔
Good job capturing the stay cable sleeve installation!
Thank you Chris!
Nice views. Never seems chaotic on the bridge deck. A small crew performing their tasks at a measured pace.👍
This was yesterday morning on a Saturday.
they do not want wild or chaotic...a lot of people dont get this but the more uneventful it is, when you are doing a massive project, the better
I hope they take there time and make everything perfect on this bridge....
Thannks for shaaring.
My pleasure, thanks for watching!
Canada now has three segments to go Americans down to the final two segments getting close to closure,
Interesting video! I assume eventually they will cover the exposed parts
Some others have asked this and it would look better if they are covered.

Wow, amazing video!!!
Thank you very much!

There's another crane that raises it up to the tower.
For the uninitiated, what is “craning pipe” ?
verb
gerund or present participle: craning
move (a heavy object) with a crane.
"the wheelhouse module is craned into position on the hull"
Those cables get LONG , LONGER...LONGEST IN THE CENTER SPAN..OH MY..!
Thats a big ass bridge eh..?
Yes, it’s a huge project.
😮
👋✌
This taken from the Canadian side!
Looks to be so.

Please verify your assumption.

👍✌ Thank you!

I don't do any consulting on the legalities of unmanned aircraft.
Why did you guys wait so long to do this video of a suspender cable being set in place?
This video only showed the pipe/cable being moved. Nothing was installed.
Onario?
Don’t know. Is it?

Thomas, thank you for watching the videos, but regarding your question, I advise you to research your local and Federal laws for unmanned aircraft.
That was a pretty dull video from Windsor, Onario. Maybe it's a little more interesting viewed from the Micagan side.
not hdpe pipe
what is the piping called?
