I use the crc lubricant. I have seen the scwintech post, but it is a noticeable improvement. What is important is to use a lubricant that will not hold grit, which, of course is distructive. Most hate the scwintechs, we are just trying to live with them.

Well this is confusing, Swyntech recommends CRC with Teflon, and do you spray the track or not .
Don't spray the squiggley track itself, you spray the straight linear groove above that track. I use the CRC with teflon.
