If you listen closely, you can hear the wind ruffling through the leaves 🍁 🍁 🍁 🍁
When something big in your life changes, it is easy and almost natural to resist the change. We prefer the same old, same old because it brings us a sense of predictability and comfort. But sometimes resisting the change can only make things more challenging. For example, if you were sailing on the bay in a small boat with only a sail and no engine, fighting the current would be extremely challenging. Instead, you would hope to catch the wind in that sail and go with the flow, steering it only to go in the right direction. Use this analogy to deal with the change you may be at odds with. Don't try to stick to something familiar and fight it head-on. Go in the direction you need, even if this puts you on an unfamiliar path.
