It is every bands dream to release a record that becomes their own classic and stand out song. Well this is what happened here.....i just hope the band realise what they did.
@@Packard63 yes, especially when the song became part of the soundtrack of your life at very significant moments. I’m doing music production myself , and for me the ultimate achievement would be to create moments like that for other people. I can’t create the moments obviously I can just try to create the musical backdrop to those moments. But I feel urged to try to do that. If I manage it it’s standing on the shoulders of giants
Glad you went to hossie to get things seen to and sorry about the silly local kids (I’m sure I was one at some time but times change!) this track does stir a lot of emotions in me. I would need a few pages to even start to explain why. I sometimes get this track confused in my head with Fiction Factory (Feels Like) Heaven. And that might have been out in the same era. Both different and both timeless and terrific songs. Is one about break up and the other about the first flush?

Well how strange it is you reviewing this song, played it on RUclips last week for the grand daughters, and have just bought tickets tonight to see the Kane Gang at the Fire Station in Sunderland in November!
They were Sunderland lads and it was filmed at Seaburn Fairground which is 5 miles down the coast from me, sadly the fairground came down several years ago!
What a voice he has and how well they harmonise, and well musically supported, have this single about somewhere from the day.
