@Matt I can play devils advocate here because my first handful of times I was spaced out too. Like to the point where I was telling those around me I was dreaming, it's a psychoactive drug and it hit me super hard to the point of dissociation. I'll give an example, I was so high one time I was using the washroom and I saw myself from behind and the room started to grow. Mind you this was after I thought I was tough and "didn't feel it enough" and smoked like 4 bowls in a row. Also man, the laced argument is a bit lazy, because I wasn't smoking alone any of those times and everyone else I was with was fine. Both of my parents said they tried weed and had a bad experience (I'm guessing something similar). I've never had a bad experience on weed since and I smoke a lot. Sorry for the rant, have a good day man!

If your weed has mold, then you should under no circumstance smoke it.
It can give you a very bad lung infection, which in extreme cases can outright kill you.

Not all weed is from dispensary growers, I'd say probably half, and even then it only has to be one bud that gets found with problems and they decline to purchase the whole batch. I love y’all’s content, big fan of the show. I’m a veteran of the U.S. army so I have a few disabilities and need cannabis to help with my pain. I now work at a legal dispensary in San Diego and the weed they sell ranges from outdoor to indoor grown weed. Indoor weed is the highest tier of bud you can buy because it’s grown in a perfect environment that makes weed more potent. All weed in legal dispensaries must be tested by licensed facilities. They test for potency, cannabinoids, pesticides and a variety of other things. If the bud tested has any pests, that entire batch gets thrown out. I also grow my own organic cannabis so I have a good amount of knowledge on the topic.

You can grow outdoor, indoor, or in a green house. There's ups and downs to each. And they all have different techniques behind them. Dispensary's usually have options on all 3. Outdoor weed usually takes longer and isn't as predictable. Indoor weed you control every variable. Greenhouse growing is kinda in between the 2.
Depends on the strain, some are better for outdoors. While autoflowers are often better suited for indoors.
But nothing beats full sun outdoor grown, that's my preference tho.

They just legalized here in NY. I grew a bunch of plants right in my yard. Just harvested a few weeks ago. More than I can smoke. I make what I don’t smoke into edibles and tinctures. I have a square, crazy Karen type neighbor that no one likes. The looks we get from her when we throw down some spliffs in my driveway are priceless.

Recreational in Colorado you can get like an ounce of buds at a time and like an eighth or quarter of dabs. But if you hit multiple dispensaries in a day you can get that max multiple times.
The weed was better in Portland before legalization. The shops get away with selling bad weed here constantly. Apparently they tax it but they don't stop bad weed from going through

Growing is so easy. I only do Autos. I get about an ounce every 2 months on average from iddy biddy plants that are about 80cm tall.
It costs me $60 for 2 years worth of growing supplies after buying the initial setup for $300 which is on the cheaper end but it works for me.
I have had mould on one strain, the mould is more likely to happen during the drying process if you dry incorrectly. It's usually a white fluffy type of mould, like the fluff out of a teddy bear, at least that is what it looked like to me. I still smoked that shit but I caught it early and only one or two buds had it on but the rest were good.
For anyone interested. Hydro is easier to control but most people seem to think good soil grown tastes the best. Big grows are a quantity over quality so often you'll see smaller grows who give a shit will do their best to deliver the best product.
This is why you need a weed grower on PKA. Doesn't take much to grow these days.
I've seen medical weed pills that are 200 mg per pill. And that's on the east coast which is relatively less okay with medical weed than the midwest

Growing good cannabis is easy with a little bit of knowledge. I’ve been growing nearly 30 years and breeding for 20. My best cross is White Russian I crossed with Jack herer.
Two of my favorite strains growing up. But we do date ourselves a tad when we talk about Jack Herer. When it was the real deal it was second to none, but it was a blanket name for anything to decent dro, to like the best haze I could find at the time. That being said I was never disappointed after.

I tried weed once at the beach in Nice, France. I only took one hit and coughed so much that I didn't want to take another hit, so I didn't feel anything. I thought I coughed because of the weed (I was really young at the time), but now I know that it must have been something else. Still, my friends being high while we were watching the sunset at the beach was a great experience. Don't know why this stuff is illegal when alcohol isn't.

This is how it works, first you get the mold, than you sell the crop on the black market and then as soon as it passes thru certain states DEA is also into real estate, and tracks it down to state of the art growing facility in the state where it is legal, and takes away everything, I have heard cases where they even took wifes and girlfriends as collateral, after doing about 25 years mostlikely not gonna be interested anyways.
