Weed has caused my blood pressure to dip hard only twice in my life, and I smoke wax daily. It’s not like you’re tired, it’s like someone just turned on the laughing gas and the whole room starts spinning.
The increase in heart rate from 90-160 right after smoking weed for 45 minutes or so honestly is to much sometimes. And the spins your talking about ! God almost every time I smoke I can’t move my head to fast 😂
Glad someone who has a tolerance has had the same experience. I pretty much gave up on trying to smoke because I had 3 back to back experiences like that separated by about a year at least. It was anything from a bubbler to a few hits off a chillum to a gravity bong that gave me the feeling. Trying to fight I made me nauseous and it wasn’t pleasurable at all.
@@b10matt70 I’m more talking about a different thing but I know what your talking about too, the increase in heart rate can help you workout too and I’ve found I can lift more when I’m stoned af. I’m talking about what Taylor was describing his friend went through and as soon as he said he turned white as a sheet I knew it was a dip in blood pressure. It’s very rare but it does happen to some people even with massive tolerances.
Was living in CO for a few years at this apartment complex. Had a guy upstairs who smoked heeeeavy, like bowl after bowl after bowl, and it seemed to never stop. I was a heavy smoker too, but dabbed constantly.
When I met him, I wasn’t into dabbing yet, so he we would just match bowls constantly, and got to be good buddies (so I thought). After a year or so, I got into dabbing, in which I introduced to him, and he fucking loved it. So fast forward a bit to his birthday, and he had some friends over he hadn’t seen in years, and he invited me and some buddies over.
We were drinking and smoking bowls, and then I was like “hey let’s go downstairs and y’all can hit a dab”. Well prior to this, he always dabbed out of a flip pipe, never an actual rig.... not to mention he smoked bowls non stop if he wasn’t dabbing.
Anyways, we heated up the nail and we dropped a dab on it for him, and this dumbass hit his tipsy point, and tried to grab the nail, thinking he was pulling out a bowl after hitting a bong. When I say this man almost burnt through his fingers, I’m not exaggerating. He didn’t even let the nail cool down either, so he torched his lungs while simultaneously burning off his skin. The crazy thing was that he never spoke a word to me again after that. If I ever saw him outside his place chillin, he would just give me this smug ass look lol, I’m just thinking “how is this my fucking fault”. I mean his birthday did start off really shitty because of it, but this man fucking disowned me 😂😂 sucks too cause he worked for boars head, and always kept my freezer full! Sorry for the drawn out story, I’m a firm believer in details make the story.
That’s pretty funny, I heard from someone that they once heated the tip of a nectar collector for someone who hadn’t dabbed before, and that person was pretty inebriated at the time. When they handed them the hot nectar collector they put their mouth on the red hot side instead of the glass end 🥵

My tolerance shifted on me. From my teens into my 20's weed was always nice to me and i could smoke non stop. But at some point in my 20's, probably around 25 or 26 it started to just be an anxiety inducer. I started smoking way less but I still couldn't give it up until i was 41. Its been about a year and im thinking about trying again soon but im a little scared lol
Shit I've had the same problem, legit anxiety creeper up at the same time. You should try delta 8 it's like 2/3 strength of delta 9

Weed is inherently safe to the human body, its non toxic to the brain at all doses and our own body even creates a chemical similar to CBD to deactivate extra THC, only thing is it may also kick off someones fight or flight instinct because of the massive surge in activity regarding your Dopamine neuroreceptors. In lamens terms, weed is harmless and WONT give you a heart attack, WONT put you in a coma if you smoke too much, and WONT make you lose grips on reality, its just your brain literally overthinking the hell out of it, I suggest researching cannabis and the human body and reassuring yourself that you are safe to use the drug as you see fit to help reassure yourself during panick that you are not in any danger and can begin to relax.
Same. CBD flower is what I've switched to, it gets you kinda high but it's a lot weaker, however the high is much more body-heavy and doesn't really fuck with your mind too much. Recommend you give it a try!
I haven't had that happen but something similar happens if I smoke too much reclaim, it goes from the fun sort of high to the more sad/paranoid high

I once got so high while dabbing that I forgot my blowtorch would be insanely hot after taking a hit, and I picked it up by the metal head piece where the flames come out. Whole hand was covered in serious burns for weeks after that, I'd say I learned a valuable lesson but I'm sure it'll happen again..

I used to smoke alot at once, many times a day. Like roll a whole blunt for myself. Now I can only smoke a puff, and I just get super high. And the high just isn't enjoyable anymore, I always feel paranoid or that something is wrong with my heart. My arm and leg goes numb sometimes. It's a shame. I loved weed when I was a kid lol

I used to have an electric heating coil for my nail back in the day. I got so high one time after I took a dab that I went to grab the bowl to clear it only to get a 2nd degree burn and a permanent griddle mark on my thumb because it was a nail with a heating coil set to 620F and not a bowl. When I was in college and turned 18 & was able to buy weed in my country, the entire week was nothing but joint after joint because I'd smoke with everyone who came over after my birthday becauss they couldn't make it on the day itself.
Last day I smoked like 4 or 5 joints back to back and that was the first time I actually went bad on weed, as in, I was sitting on my front balcony(I lived on a pretty busy street so it was chill to sit there on a sunday night and just relax), and the trees at either side of the road being blown by the wind, the street lights, the altitude and being high as shit really fucked me 😂 had to basically go lay down as soon as it dawned on me "hey I'm not feeling too great". Didn't smoke again for a long long while afterwards because the smell alone would make me nauseous after that.

pot does have an off switch. most of the marijuana high is psychosomatic. for instance, often if something really dramatic happens like getting pulled over or an accident, your adrenaline will totally nuke your high out of existence. when you're alone, its more difficult to get stoned. when you smoke with strangers or in any situation that makes you apprehensive, you always get baked.

Some of my buddies do dabs. A mutual friend of ours went to their place. Another day at work he comes to me and asks if those friends do crystal. Funny as hell that he thought they were smoking meth. I've never seen a dab, so I have no clue how close it may look. But still pretty funny
both can be yellow you can only really tell by the smell and consistency
The same kinda rig can be used to smoke both, you just need a rose for crystal and a banger/nail for extract. I've been sold rose ends buying dab rigs before lmao.
I would just like to state for anyone wondering there IS an off switch when it comes to bad trips on mushrooms or acid and that is benzodiazepines. my friends and I would always keep some benzos when we would trip on shrooms and they came in handy a few times whenever one of us would have a bad trip. you pop one or two of those and I promise the anxiety and fear dies down 100% and you no longer feel tripped out of your mind.
If you're geeked off shrooms and the trip is going bad, smoking weed usually brings you down a bit
