Hi I made a post about this on my IG a while ago. I do not represent or work for Bangle Box. I did some unboxing videos because at the time I enjoyed their products and wanted to share them with my audience. This year I began receiving messages from their customers about issues with the company. I tried to message Bangle box and get assistance for customers because I really wanted to help. Bangle Box solved some issues but the issues still remained.
