Do you have a non closing Kmart near you? Big Kmarts are down to a minimum. Super KMARTS are NON existent. Eddie Lampert never cared about Kmart.

Eddie Lampert considers both Kmart and Sears cash cows. All he cares about is real estate; I've always felt he purposely wants Kmart and Sears to die so his hedge fund would benefit from the real estate both of them will be leaving behind when their stores close. Transformco is already seeking tenants and buyers for the last 3 Kmart stores, and none of those 3 locations have even announced they are closing yet. Kmart could be saved if Transformco sold its assets to another company who would be interested in keeping the last 3 stores open AND interested in rebooting and revitalizing the brand.

Can you record the birchwood mall in Fort Gratiot MI. It’s a 90’s dead mall and has a target full of neon as an anchor. Nobody has recorded it yet.
