Thank you for an inside peek of the Haven. We're looking forward to our first NCL cruise in Oct. on the Viva. We're used to RCL Star Class and love all the specialty restaurants and the Royal Genie. Coastal Kitchen is nowhere near Haven level but Star Class has made all our trips super special.
Just finished my cruise with the NCL Breakaway this past weekend. First cruise with NCL and we decided to go Haven. Big mistake. We were so spoiled that reality was that much more difficult to return to and we can’t imagine cruising any other way.
How lovely - that serenade !!!! And then all that sumptuous food..... Great video girlie girl !!! Did you two ever have room service ? My husband and I have a standing tradition to have our last dinner on our balconies.... Cheers !
Thank you! Yes, we knew the food would be good but it surpassed our expectations. And the service was wonderful! And that morning serenade made me cry with joy twice 😅 We didn't do room service this time, because we loved the restaurant experience so much. The team in the restaurant was so sweet, and we would chat about my outfit each night. My husband felt a little left out haha!

We are not room service people with the exception of having a huge urn of coffee delivered first thing which we enjoy on the veranda. Then our last dinner too. Sounds from your reply we may alter our course (punster !). That is so funny about you the focus of your serving staff's attention - poor guy got a temporary inferiority complex LOL !

100% agree! We said the exact same thing as soon as the cruise was over. I hope you get to enjoy the Haven on another NCL cruise soon!
Nice to see, but my room on the Jade is a stepchild because it is an SN category and gets Butler and concierge but no access to the Haven proper.

Does the menu in the Haven restaurant change daily or it is the same every day?
It's the same every day, but we found enough variety for our 7 day cruise!
I was just offered upgrade to haven. Low cost upgrade. Essential paying salary’s of staff
