This has to be one of my favorite youtube videos ever. It put me in a great mood. Respecting the dead, cleaning waterways, saving wildlife, and working with the community. I wish I could buy those cops a beer! Holding an alligator with a cigarette is badass.

There was a major police action outside my apartment once. After the police made the arrest and left I saw something laying in the street. I went out and realized it was one of the cop's guns.
I called the police distincter (non-emergency number) and told him that one of the cops that was here dropped his flash light and asked if they could send someone over to retrieve it.
A couple of minutes later a cop showed up. I left the gun on the table when I opened the door, then invited the cop in to get it.
He looked really relieved when he saw his "flashlight" there on my table
I was suppressed he got there so quickly, but he realized he'd dropped his gun and had come back looking for it. When he got the call about a dropped flashlight he figured it was really his gun.
I told the dispatcher it was a flashlight because a cop losing his gun is really serious. Dropping a flashlight, not so much.
If you have a chance to get on the good side of a cop, take it. You never know when a friend on the Force might come in handy.
FYI, It is a really *REALLY* bad idea to open your door to the police with a gun in your hand.
But even if they just have their Flashlight? 😏

I feel like most of the officers in these videos where evidence is found already know that there will be 0 investigation into them. They'll probably take the serial number, write it down in a file somewhere deep in a basement and incenerate it. Never to be spoken of again.

that snake is a brown watersnake they are non-venomous and are commonly found in Florida, though I did find some in SW Louisiana has well.

@@horseliver338 anaconda's have more circular marking and are much thicker in width. some have spots that can be compared to those of a giraffe, both Brown watersnakes and anaconda's are non-poisonous and both are commonly found around water.

People think officers and deputies are assholes. Majority ifnthe time youll meet them in bad times meaning on a call to ehich they have to sling their authority. Mostly, they are pretty chill. My officers and deputies are the nicest youll meet and pretty cool like this one. Doing somthing wrong, they will square up and take you down. I do know a couple officers that are "wild hairs" but they are pretty relaxed unless you piss them off. One simply likes to arrest people. The other, he is a no BS person on a short fuse.
