    ⚠️⚠️⚠️#Retire #Investing #Wealth ⚠️⚠️⚠️
Schools don't teach us how to build wealth. Instead, schools tend to help us get a job. We learn nothing about the two main phases of life and the tipping point that allows us to retire. The reality is, dividend investing and passive income will not help us retire wealthy. Instead, we need to focus on wealth during a specific phase of our life THEN focus on wealth once we've reached our "wealth target." This video explains the process of achieving this transition fast and starting with $100. It also addresses DRIP (dividend reinvesting) and other well-marketed "cashflow" ideas that tend to HURT our ability to retire early (ironic, but true).

Can you make a video on investing later in life (or the name of the video if you already made it)? My situation I'm smart with saving and in my mid 20s was looking at IRA and Roth IRA...then I got sick and went on disability. While trying to build income and prepare for retirement, It’s important to choose stocks that are expected to hold up in inflationary environments. To combat the negative effect of inflation, it’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different asset classes, such as stocks, bonds, and real estate, since this can help protect your portfolio against inflation. I have seen People making up to $500k in a quarter of a year during high inflation

One strategy is to invest in assets that performs well during inflation. Another strategy is to focus on companies that have the ability to pass on price increases to their customers. Its also important to maintain a diversified portfolio. It may be a good idea to speak with a broker who can help you develop a customized investment strategy based on your individual goals and risk tolerance

I used to manage my stock portfolio by myself, all that time I did not make any significant returns (but also did not suffer losses). Then out of nowhere Covid happened, and I lost about 40% of my portfolio in a very short period. That prompted me to hire an Advisor. Since then I have been learning a lot about the stock market and I have made more than 150k

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 150K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like an FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

Invest in index funds. Something like VOO and as long as you don’t trade on the 24hrs market, you can buy partial shares. I buy 1/4 a VOO share 2x a month. Consistently. When markets are good- invest. When they are bad- invest. Don’t pick single stocks. (I bought some oil stocks and they have really grown in the last 6 months, but that was luck- not advise lol)

    started in 2019
    Phase 1
    -Figured out my budget
-Paid off all debt ( only use credit cards for things I actually need and pay them off to collect points..... points = free stuff)
    -saved emergency cushion.
    Phase 2
researched and built a plan for dividend stocks and set a dividend goal.
    Phase 3 Invest, invest, invest
-started with high yield monthly dividend stocks to goal
-after goal use dividends to buy blue chip stocks that pay quarterly dividends
-currently making 386/month with a 30k account and growing.

Yep, growing up my dad was and still is a mortgage lender but as I grew I saw a lot of mistakes. To be honest I’ve made my fair share too. The biggest take away is I learned what not to do and because of seeing what large amounts of money can do to people I had an inherent fear of being wealthy, I just shake my head sometimes thinking about what I’ve seen. I’m now at a point where I trust myself regardless of what friends and peers may think. Also, that being wealthy is okay so long as your heart and mind are truly in the right place. I really believe Kevin. I spent 25 years working in retail and was alway one of the best in the companies I worked for. The 1 reason I was successful was that I was authentic I NEVER sold something to someone they didn’t want or need. In fact most of the time it was just teaching people, and that’s why I believe Kevin. He just teaches people and I appreciate it very much.

Very informative, In my opinion, if I had a mentor growing up, that would have helped me dramatically. Sadly, the school system pumped me out with absolutely no valid skills and now I find myself "figuring" it all out myself financially. One day I hope to teach my children about wealth.

Especially since majority of people are stuck at home nowadays, so its a great time to double down on your focus while most people just lope around and watch Netflix.. use this time to build your empire!!! 💪🔥🤑

Great video! It is never too late to learn. I was not taught finances growing up. I had to figure it out the hard way. After filing in my 20's enough was enough. I started learning on my own in my 30s because I got fed up with living pay check to pay check and nothing to show for it. I started learning about how to budget, save and invest. Learning and using 401's, IRAs, Stock, Bonds, REITS to invest. I keep learning and try to give back by sharing knowledge with family and friends.

I have a pretty decent income, and yet I find myself being unable to save or create wealth (living in California certainly doesn't help lol). Most videos I watch talk about investing money and living off of dividends, but I always end up asking myself the same question, "how can I make my first couple million so I can start investing?"
