Those bullies would have deserved to be paddled! Everyone, but the ringleader and they would turn on the ringleader. This is an underrated classic! Ike Eismann played a teen who always stuck up for the defenseless people and animals.
It’s interesting to see how the anthology series used the same child actors who appeared it its theatricals. Here, it’s Ike Eisenmann from the Witch Mountain movies. You’ve also posted episodes with Kim Richards, Christian Juttner, and others. They had sort of a repertory company going on.
Great observation! Disney continued the tradition of their family of actors into the 70s they began as early as the mid 40s with Bobby Driscoll and Luana Patten. Then continued with folks like Annette, Tommy Kirk, Kevin Corcoran, Brian Keith and many others! Seeing these familiar faces brought a little extra magic, kind of like the Disney family inviting you in to their home for an evening of fun!
@@keepingwaltindisney Great analogy! I feel like Disney fans are familiar with the child stars from the 50s and 60s like you mention above, but the 70s Disney kids (Eisenmann, Kim Richards, Eric Shea, Michael McGreevey, even Jodie Foster) don’t always get their due.
Ike's brother Al was on my father's bowling team long ago back on Long Island and we go to meet Ike once while he was visiting his brother. Nice guy back in the early 1980's.
I’ve just discovered your channel with this episode. Thanks! Brings back memories…

This really has nothing to do with Walt Disney.
What do you mean ?
I’m posting the first 25 seasons of the Disneyland anthology series, which Walt Disney started, so yes, it does! Thanks for watching!
When Disney died, this show was on air whitout him.
@@keepingwaltindisney does this mean your not going to continue with the 80's ?
@@jhvdwalt2874 I’m going to get to the 1980s soon. I want to finish completing seasons 3 - 13 first. Lots of programs to fill in.
