I don't believe the iso dial is connected to the camera in any way since the camera has no meter. Its just there as a reminder. You can shoot any iso and expose with an external meter.
Thanks. I should make an addendum to this as I realized that a few weeks after recording this video. I'm not certain why I was thinking it was setting the ISO.

As neither the yashica C or D have a meter, you can use any speed film you want. Calculate exposure using an external meter or sunny 16 rule.
