I don't know why, but I never gave ICP a chance when I was younger. I remember about 12 years ago I lived just one block from the State Theater in Portland, Maine and ICP did a show there one night. I remember seeing all the juggalos lined up for blocks down the sidewalk for hours waiting for the doors to open. I could see them out my apartment window. I noticed they were all, laughing, joking, smiling, and having a great time out there on the sidewalk, and the show hadn't even started yet. I've had to wait in long lines for a concert before, but I've never seen a long line of people having a good time in line like that. They are usually getting antsy and pissed off from waiting. Not those juggalos. They couldn't care less that they had to wait. They turned the wait into a big party!

I just love these people. This song is so great and I can't stop listening to it. I grew up thinking that ICP was some obnoxious sensation and later in life opened my mind. Like, what a cool piece of Detroit music history in particular. This rap duo that was soooooo creative and built up a bizarre cult-like following (no insult intended) from around the world - they straight up came up at the same time as Eminem and other now-famous artists, but had that cult-like following that differentiated them from those other guys, didn't get them main-stream approval, but litterally these guys are THEE greatest for so many people. Shit is dope and I didn't start listening to them until I turned 30 in 2021. And now Violent J is inactive due to heart failure. Guess we all put in our work and can't go forever.

I've always liked ICP and how they kept it closer to oldschool rapping with a mix of modern giving it a nice flow. The beats are always awesome. And the satirical comedy I enjoy quite frequently, as well as the not so comical songs they have, overall you can just always expect a good song from ICP.
