I use baking soda and since I have I've gotten compliments on how white my teeth are. But they're not where I want them to be and baking soda only does so much. I just bought a trial size of this, hopefully it works
Ryan Steinberg Personally, I still like to use my regular toothpaste. It's a part of my routine and I feel like I get a btter resul. But its a completely optional step! I wouldn't consider replacing my toothpaste with a 2 Step Whitening System anyways.
Question. When you applied the second step did it burnt you ? Cas I felt that shit burning the shit out of me. I couldn't hold it and had to spit it also hurted real bad while brushing on the second step. I'm scared to use it again.

I'm sorry but I really don't know. I do not know what is in plaque guarding toothpaste to say whether or not to use it with the HD Whitening System. I will say if I had to decide it doesn't sound as if it would be harmful but I will leave that to you to make the final decision ❤️
I don’t use mouthwash it causes peeling guns for me. I brush and floss. N I will swoosh toothpaste in my mouth. Something in their pro health toothpaste makes my lip n mouth swell

HI! I used this right now and it's my first time.. when i rinsed i got some white spots on my gums
+Kiley Andrade try to use less so it does get onto your gums. Every time I use too much it happened to me as well.

Isn't this supposed to "replace" your toothpaste? Do you need to brush with toothpaste before doing step one.

+Fadhel Karam only use enough gel to get on the teeth. If you apply too much it will get on your gums and will cause irritation. So use less
