You can also dlight chasse dodge into the recovery instead of jumping witch is easier pius it allows you to not waste a jump and kind of juggle your enemy with jump nair then chaisse dodge recovery

For controller (xbox) i have 2 heavy attack buttons Y for normal situations but when i have to press it fast like for spear dlight recovery or unarmed dlight gp i personal use LT ans RB is my dodge A is jump

Everybodyyyy make circle jump or b on Xbox change to jump and you can press circle and triangle at the same time to get a jump heavy without moving your hand
