Wonder when will my barren soil become fertile within you?
Over many dunes covered in thick sand leading to Kaasbo (a region in Tharparker),
I have silently looked for your footprints everywhere.
Near Veera Wah that faces Saardhro,
From the land of Rooplo Kohli to Anchalasar and Choorio, I looked for you in all Kohli villages.
Oh girl as sacred as Gori Temple, tell me which one is your abode?

once i listened audio version i did not understand this song but my cousin is sindhi novel writer she explained this deep kalam and 100% accurate as you shared the lyrics in english

Saif bhai bahle pahal to aapko Namskar aur salaam. Lot's of love and wishesh from Rajasthan, India. Dua hai ki aap durust aur khushhaal rahe. Aur aapki sundar awaaz aise hi dilo me suro aur saaz ke ras gholti rahe. Aap bahut hi inner being se connect hokar gaate ho, and this is the beauty of your compositions. I love and enjoy that so much. Bhai as this song represent and dedicate to the Indigenous people of that such region, toh bhai translation me jo "Kohli" word hai, kya wo same hai ya "Koli" hai?..

I was waiting for the wrinkles of smile on their faces and eventually you and the old man, who dances in the video, brought it. I got so emotional to see them passing through such hard lives.
