I remember the Scoops ads from the 90's that showed this layer dip. I still try to re-create it to this day when I buy Scoops. I do a layer of refried beans, guacamole & sour cream. You can top w/ scallion, diced tomato & shredded cheese. This commercial doesn't look like it has the beans.
