Going by your modifications (the stagger change in particular) and similar situations with Berseria and Arise, you'd think Bamco would get the idea and start implementing proper hitstun mechanics into the Tales titles. I guess they're caught between a rock and a hard place considering that the series being both party- and combo-based means that the potential for broken interactions is high, but I'd rather run that risk than get another game of Arise hitstun.
