Hope you are doing okay amid the storms. My family is Kingsport are okay as well as other scattered around the VA/TN/KY area. Much of the area has been hard hit with water.

So sorry you have been dealing with illness. If you are still dealing with anxiety often, you might consider with your doctor a mild prescription and see if it helps with everything you are dealing with. Nausea could be the symptom of the anxiety as the root cause or it would eliminate it to look for other causes. Hope you will be feeling much better soon so you can enjoy teaching.😊
