Apply vlookup three times like vlookup(vlookup(vlookup(lookup value, table array, column index, exact or approximate match), table array, column index, exact or approximate match), table array, column index, exact or approximate match)
Use 0 for exact match and 1 for approximate match you can also use index and match which is better than vlookup
