Wild Food Experiments - Goose Grass, can you eat it and what's it like?

- Sticky willy, cleavers or goose grass it's the same thing. I try out this widespread green plant. Super abundant at this time of year and offering a potentially great source of free green veg. Supposedly packed full of vitimin C find out whether I think it is work the effort.

Can never go wrong with currying stuff. That's what the military do to solve a culinary problem. Good test. Mark
Ha ha, yes it would probably work quite nicely in a curry. Or crispy seaweed style baked in the oven as another.
@@bigskies2202 The regiment in which my dad was in (Hereford) would curry anything. The crispy seaweed baked sounds nice.
In Robin Knox Johnston's book "a world of my own" about his first of a kind round the world sailing non stop trip in the 60s he also mentions carrying curry powder to make anything edible! He was an ex naval man so looks like a forces wide practice 😁

Probably taste a bit better with a bit of butter instead of olive oil..kids love butter 😆
