Surprise it's a moron! (Near Collision)

Maybe they don't teach everyone to look both ways before pulling out. Almost gets broadsided by opposite traffic then he pulls out into my lane. As soon as he pulls out you can hear me dethrottle knowing he is going to come right out, had I not it would have been a different story. It's a 50mph zone and he came out in my lane at 35, again I wouldn't have hit him because I anticipated it and immediately slowed.
