Yeah my immediate thought on reading the title was to comment in agreement lol. With how often you can get attacked its kind of impossible to even climb unless you get lucky or got whaled defense.
Same here the sigil and banner just isn't worth it in my opinion I already use my Suomi banner and sigil why would I bother with getting that ill just grab my participation rewards and call it a day

1st time i got this content was3days ago. and i was level 39. and it was brutal 0/5. then i got level 41 and got 2 characters on max helix. and it became 2/5. n today i have 3 max helix its 4/5. Also the match up rarely puts me on advantage level wise. 1/5 on combat efficientcy.
I don't know why everyone is so weird about the real PVP, it's still stupid auto AI. Thinking a bit about how to position your units, when to go out of range so units come to you, how to evade ults is pretty fun. Top 50% is easy. And from what I can tell you don't need to aim higher if you just want to qualify for the picture frame. The first season/dispute/whatever it's called, it will be totally doable for everyone who cares to reach top 50%.
Attacking isn't the problem, defending is. For the 5 matches I manually won I lost 15 times in defense and fell back to 0 pts. Your defense AI can only do so much especially without being a whale to defend your points.
