Ik someone who had the same surgery as Karina when she was 16. My friend was not in a healthy space before her surgery due to the fact that people bullied her bc of her size. She’s 18 now and is so happy with the results. All I have to say (from an outsiders perspective) is that showing support and sharing words of encouragement goes a long way. Even if you wouldn’t take this road for weight loss, thats perfectly fine.. but don’t push your judgment onto other people. Body dysmorphia is real and words can trigger bad habits.
    Back to my girl Karinaaa
I’m proud of you for choosing your happiness and living the life you’re comfortable with!! F- the hatters fr!

Not sure if you have tried riced cauliflower with the same consomate but if you haven’t you won’t even know the difference. Hope you enjoy 💖

They say salmon is better than chicken on protein diet ❤ I think of it as a clean keto diet high in protein little to no carbs . Low carb tortillas low carbs breads etc. almond flour is everyones best friend for homemade dessert and sugar free everythingggg😊
