Thank you sweetie! 🥰 glad you found it informative :)) You are absolutely correct, gold vermeil is also a type of plating however, due to the thickness gold layer it is much more durable than regular gold plated jewelry. Therefore brands tend to emphasize the distinction between the two alternatives. Gold vermeil is also a bit more expensive since it has higher durability. Hope this helped ❤ xx
Gold vermeil does not last in everyday wear. If you wear it more like special occasions it’s ok, but for every day wear solid gold is the way to go
But if i can afford real pearl/gold why would i buy a fake ones in the first place???!

You are absolutely right!❤️ Wear what ever you like and can afford and ENJOY it! I don’t really discuss prices in this video at all. I simply point out the quality aspects that you want to take into consideration IF you want (and can afford) to purchase jewellery that will last. Xx
not all gold is good gold. Gold containing lead, nickle, cobalt, cadmium are NOT good gold. That being said stainless steel is also a real metal and probably better for kids and adults alike.
Absolutely valid :) I never meant that stainless steel is not a "real" metal so I'm sorry if it came across that way. All metals have different properties, pros and cons. The most important thing is to figure out which one suits your lifestyle, wardrobe and preferences the best 🥰
