Temi glad to find you here and I'm really happy for you. Well this is Dolapo from COP Ikorodu. I've been surfing the Internet for LPN schools in canada for my wife and I guess my search is over now that I've found you on RUclips. Please get back to me so you can put us through with the choice for school and other things. My regards to your parents and siblings and most especially my namesake.
Thank you so you so much for this information, I have questions, I have a diploma certificate in Health Care Assistant with Transcript, can I apply for LPN , will I be accepted.
Yes you can include that in your application. Acceptance is determined by number of people and also grades amongst other factors considering it is competitive
Hello Soon to be …thank God I finally found such content..thank you so much ..I have listened and also read some comments below..but I would still like to ask these two questions.. Firstly , I am Edna from Ghana and I have 3 year diploma midwifery (nursing) certificate..I completed 2022 and I’m currently on my service..i will finish my service by next year June..I want to apply for LPN program in Canada.. I have done so much research on schooling in Canada as an international student but this particular questions I don’t get answers to it .please my question is, can I use the diploma in midwifery Certificate ( nursing) to apply for LPN in Canada especially colleges ..Or I will have to use my WAEC to apply for it or use both.. few schools I checked last time were accepting diploma or degree or even HND but most schools require WAEC ..so please I’d like to ask if you can still use your certificate in health sciences (Diploma or Degree Certificate) to apply even if the school did not state in the requirements..? Secondly, my question is I know students studying nursing go for clinical placement during breaks, please I would like to ask if student can still work on their part time job to be able to raise money while they also go for their placement at the same time ..because base on my research on some colleges Clinical Placement cost is the student responsibility.. Lastly do you mind suggesting some colleges or your school for me ..I’m tired ooo sis 😅thank you and hope to hear from your..thank you my dear ❤ please I’m looking forward to hearing from you ..🙏 Thank you .🙏 Please do you mind letting know if is college or university..thank you ❤
Short answers 1. Yes you can, some schools in Ontario are tailored for that . I will send you more details 2. Yeah clinical placement is part of tuition fees but you can still work parttime as a care aide etc.

The background check @ailadacia9309 is from where you have lived/currently live so whatever report they give especially if after about 10 years have not passed, might not be cleared.
Do canada take international students directly into their practical nursing program? Anyway, can one apply with psw certificate and high sch result ( math, English....)
You apply same way on the school's website. Submit your transcripts through WES if you have post secondary to convert to Canadian equivalent and start the application process on the school's website. You do not need a nursing background to study practical nursing
pleasee mention class schedules for practical nursing normally How many hours per day and days per week are classes running ?including placement or lab
Hello , plz, i am future resident in MB, i had a master degree in Biology in my home country, but I'd like to do LPN , will they resuired for me only my former results about maths and Englidh in the my last secondary year ? Or must I pass a new exam for these 2 matters? Thanks for you advise.🎉

Please how do I get CPR and first aid certification in Nigeria. I did one in red Cross but Holland college did not accept it
Most times you can do it after you arrive. They accept as a conditional offer pending this
Very insightful
Glad you enjoyed it
