Nice build thanks for sharing. I've have run into a color like you used on this car. Its from Model Master called Copenhagen blue metallic. I have one build using this paint on a AMT 1971 Mach1 Mustang.

Very nice work on this one. It is a shame you had issues with the Bare Metal Foil. For chrome, I’ve been masking off the chrome and painting to with Green Stuff World brushable chrome. Thanks for sharing.
