That’s so crazy, I grew up on fall of Cybertron and my friend on War For Cybertron and DOTM. It’s cool to see us all grow up with the different generation of games in the story!
While I personally hate this game when I compare it to the rest of the franchise and how it killed it it’s nice to see a fair amount of people still enjoyed the game. Also I’ll admit I loved this menu theme.
Yeah I was holding out for a direct sequel to FOC, and while this game did keep me entertained for the most part, it just disappointed me in the end. The music was awesome tho, it carried my experience XD
@@shydun The way they play it out is as if the autobots in the bayverse are the same ones from Cybetron that we knew and loved Lockdown planned on creating a time bridge to bring the Decepticons back, so I think it's leaning to the fact that they are connected

I decided to pick up a copy on PS4 to see how it really is., since I never really considered the story “completed” since this game was the last in this universe (and I skipped it). And I’m glad I did. It’s definitely got flaws, but the banter between characters like Starscream and Shockwave for example, really kept me entertained. I liked how they merged some aspects of WFC like the Shockwave attack and playing with other teammates as bots too. I was glad to enter the FOC universe again with a new story (to me), even though it isn’t a great successor to the previous games. Now I am truly sad, since I’ve officially played all the games in this universe 😢 . Now on to try TF Devastation’s story! Hbu?

I remember this game since the day I got it 6 years ago before I was 13 years old in my summer school days, and after summer school was done, I would come home, get on my Xbox 360, fire up this game and played it. If only activision and high moon studios didn’t shut the online servers down, then none of the online servers shut down freakouts would’ve happened
This was my first video game to play I come here to listen to this to get that spark of motivation and joy. Everything to satisfy the old me from 10 years ago.
Despite the hate, Honestly? I just wish this was it's own thing. Not part of the FoC universe too, But then again. It was nice seeing the FoC cast again.
@@sneedfloyd It's either a continuity error, or there were problems with his WFC model so they had no choice, even though it appears in the main menu, or The Dark Spark predicted Megatron's future and transformed him to his new upcoming body, which is possible because we don't see him before he gets The Dark Spark.
I’m honestly happy that other diehard FOC and WFC fans like me can appreciate this game. Tbh, if this wasn’t so directly connected to the previous games, I think people would have appreciated it more at time. I know I certainly enjoyed this games story and the character banter, and it was nice to get another game of this continuity on next gen at the time. Since now in hindsight this game and that limited FOC ps4 remaster are the final times we will play this game. And my ps3 is slow as hell, so I’m glad I got a ps4 copy to experience this awesome universe one last time…

they didn't though. at all. the dark spark jumps from universe to universe. it ends up in the G1 one at the end.

The Cybertron part is in fact a prequel to FoC and a sequel to WFC. Earth part is a part of the Bayverse and not canon to the Cybertron games.
